Heidi Echols
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Dance
Originally from Durham, NC, Heidi Echols received her Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Heidi recently spent 20 years creating the Dance and Movement Science degree and chairing the Dance Department at Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC. Heidi has presented her choreography nationally and has presented her teaching pedagogy and research interests at numerous national and international dance conferences.
Heidi resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband and four children and believes in the power of movement for everyone.
