The Two of Us in Ring Theatre

Posted on: March 24, 2014

The Two of Us, written by writer of Noises Off, Michael Frayn, is a fast-moving farce in which two actors play five different people. It depicts a peculiar married couple in which the dotty husband has a “block for names” and only the wife can tell their friends apart. An ill-fated dinner party ensues, with guests including a recently divorced husband and wife, as well as the wife’s new boyfriend. In a jumble of switcheroos and breakneck dashing in and out of doors, the host and hostess try to make sure their three guests never meet. The forty-five minute comedy performs Monday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 25th at 7:30pm, and Wednesday, March 26th at 4:30pm in the Ring Theatre of Scales Fine Arts Center. Tickets are $2 cash at the door. Seating is limited. Watch the promo videos on YouTube
