Carol Lavis Administrative Coordinator Ms. Lavis has been on staff at Wake Forest since 1990 and joined the Department of Theatre and Dance in 1999. In addition to her work with the Department of Theatre and Dance, Carol is the Registrar for the Community Ballet Program and assistant to the Interdisciplinary Performance and the Liberal Arts Center (IPLACe) Executive Committee. |

Ryan McCollum Instructional Technology Specialist Mr. McCollum graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance and later received his Master of Music in Jazz Performance from North Carolina Central University. Mr. McCollum has been on the staff at Wake Forest since 2009, previously working as an audio-visual technician for Brendle Recital Hall and Wait Chapel before becoming the Instructional Technologist for the music, theatre and dance departments. |

Richard Williams Staff Assistant Mr. Williams has been on staff at Wake Forest with the Department of Theatre and Dance since August, 2012. He had served previously for a number of years as a senior secretary/program assistant with the Florida State University, School of Music, and more recently as an accounting assistant and data entry specialist in the private sector. |

R. Clare Parker Costume and Wardrobe Assistant Ms. Parker is a theatrical costumer working as the Assistant Costume Studio Manager and Wardrobe Supervisor at Wake Forest University. She has worked for theater companies including The Washington National Opera, The Glimmerglass Festival, Serenbe Playhouse, Triad Stage, and Peppercorn Theater. Ms. Parker received her MFA in Costume Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in 2017, where she now also teaches Costume Design. Leslie Spencer Audience Services Coordinator Ms. Spencer received her BA in Arts Management from Salem College. She supervises the Theatre Box Office staff, who handle all ticket sales for the theatre and dance events.
